Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rockbreakers UK LTD Chisels & Wear Parts. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging, with all included parts and documentation

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Custom-made and made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at:

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
